The sciieduled nearing on the Crystal-Lida Sanitary Sewer District
pro;»osal was held.After listening to the various interested parties and reviewing
correspondence, etc., motion was made by Bert Hovland, seconded by John Snowberg and
unanimously carried, to accept letters and petitions of objections to the Crystal-
Lida Sanitary Sewer District; and motion was made by Bert Hovland, seconded by John
Snowberg and carried, to table decision on said project imtil March 22nd pt 2:00 P.M,
Motion was made ny Hub Nordgren, seconded by John Snowberg and unani
mously carried, to approve the preliminary plat for Eugene Carter in Section 12 - 134

mously carried, to autaorize the Otter Tail County Planning Advisory Commission to
call for a public iiearing relative to proposed changes to be made to the Otter Tail
County Siioreland Management Ordinance.

Special Use Permit at Strom’s Resort
Dear Mr. Davis:
Re:
May I preface my remarks by saying, "my parents, who are adjacent
property owners, support business in the area and hope the people
involved will be successful."
The building which is to be used for this business is very close
to the property line and we would like to request that a fence
be constructed along the property line, starting at the road
right-of-way and continuing to the back of the building. I am
sure this distance is less than forty feet.
The purpose of the fence would prevent displaying or advertising
of merchandise on our property. I am sure you understand the
purpose of our request.
Again, we wish the people well in their business venture.
