Highway & Solid Waste Joint Emergency Driyer Exchange: Motion by Huebsch, second by Lindquist and unanimously carried to approve the Otter Tail County Highway and Solid Waste Departments Joint Emergency Driver Exchange COVID-19 Pandemic Response Plan to provide critical services to the citizens of the County as impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic increase. 2021 Reyised Construction Program: Motion by Huebsch, second by Johnson and unanimously carried to approve the revised 2021 Proposed Highway Construction program as presented by the County Engineer.
