A motion by Priechmann, second by Lachowitzer to approve the
Conditional Use Application of Dale A Jean Keena. Big Pine Lake
(S6'130), GD, Lot 7, Twin Oak Heights Subdivision, Section 18,
Pine Lake Township as presented with the following conditions:
1. There will be a minimum of 8 spaces designated for parking.
2. There may be a 2' X 4' unlighted sign.
3. The hours may run from 10:00 A. H. to 8:00 P.H.

A motion by Olson, second by Schwartz to approve the Conditional
Use Application of Star Lake Bible Camp. (Camp Joy), Star Lake
(58-385), GO, Pt. Lot 1, Section 14, Star Lake Township as
presented.

Voting; All Members in favor.
A motion by Johnson, second by , Lachowitzer to apprdve“~TKe^r/
Conditional Use Application of Robert Vadnais/Lazv Acres Resort.
Little McDonald Lake (56-328), GD, Section 2, Edna Township
allowing a maximum of 13 total units (the additional units may be
for RV's not Mobile Homes); must remove the existing unoccupied
trailers and clean-up the trash.
Approved:
A motion by Petterson, second by Prischmann to have Land &
Resource Management schedule a night in April for the County
Board and the Planning Commission to get together and discuss the
Revision of the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
Approved;
Voting; All members in favor.
A motion by Lachowitzer, second by Estes to adjourn the meeting at 9:45 and
set May 1, 1991 as the date for the next meeting of the Commission.
