AIS Task Force Appointment Motion by Johnson, second by Froemming and unanimously carried to appoint Jim Wherley to the AIS Task Force. otter Tail County, Planning Commission October 12, 2016; Page 3 “Big Pine Lodge” / Josseph & Lisa Harlow - Tabled to December 14. 2016: A Conditional Use Permit Application (as stated by the Applicant on the Application): 1. Proposing to add 24 campsites, bring the total to 40, with 21 RCU’s in Tier 1,15 RCU’s in Tiers 2 and 4 RCU’s in Tier 3. This requires the removal of 5 cabins, # 1,2,3 in the first year and cabins 4 & 5 years following based on market conditions. Cabins 4, 5 & 6 may be removed and replaced with a camper or rentable structure ie. (cabin, duplex, etc. approved structure) within a 5 year cycle. 2.
