The Planning Commission recommended that the new proposal be brought before the Planning Commission and secondly, work this fall in this area is not recommended. Voting: All Members in favor. Kevin & IVlichelle Moore -No Formal Action: Bill Kalar discussed a revised retaining wall proposal for the Kevin & Michelle Moore property on Swan Lake (56-781). Following discussion, it was determined that due to the substantial revision, a new Conditional Use Permit Application must be reviewed by the Planning Commission. It was also determined that due to the sensitive location of the proposed retaining walls, work should not be started after September 1®*.
