Conditional Use Permit #6546 was approved in July of 2009 allowing an asphalt mix plant to be set up for the reconstruction of State Highway 108. This area is an existing gravel pit. After completion of the State Highway 108 project, the area was to be restored by November 1, 2009. This has not been completed and Mr. Boughton is requesting a 10 year extension to the Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale of the stockpiled gravel. Motion by Rogness, second by Lindquist, and unanimously carried to authorize an extension to Conditional Use Permit #6546 for 1 year subject to removal of concrete and asphalt debris on the site by November 1,2010.
