constructed by the 9 units.

As requested by the Otter Tail County Planning Advisory
Commission we have computed the number of units you can
have in your Mobile Home Park. According to the information we have, you own about 590 to 6OO feet of lakeshore. The Ordinance requires 25 feet of lakeshore pemmobile borne
site. See Sec. V, C in the Shoreland Ordinance. You are at present licensed for 25 mobile homes so this would require 625 feit of lake frontage. Therefore, if you plan to have any mobile home xuiita North of Highway #108
you will have to decrease the nuinber of mobile homes between Highway #108 end Star Lake or trade some of the
mobile home sites for recreational camping area. Please contact this office on what you plan to do.
