notion was made by Cecil Femiing, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 68' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75' for
the addition of a roof to an existing 8' by 35' mobile home 7' from the ordinary high water
level. It was noted that the mobile home has a flat deck roof that will soon require
repairs. The granting of the variance request will allow the applicant a reasonable method
for repairing the roof.

structures, that the additions will not change the existing site lines and that adequate
area does exist for the maintenance of the septic system.
