This is to inform you that a motion was passed to approve your application
for special use for two (2) trailors as shown on map and eliminate the
two (2) existing trailer hookups on lake. This motion will not add to
number of units existing when resort was purchased by McCurdy's.
This application will be considered by the County Board of Commissioners
at their January 23, 1979 meeting at 2:00 P.M.

Meeting of the Otter Tail County Planning Commission was held on January 3, 1979
at 7;30 P.M. in the Commissioner's Room, Court House, Fergus Falls, Minnesota 56537,
Beck, Portmann, Estes, Ryan, Lindquist and Lee.Members present were;
A motion by Lee, second by Estes to approve the minutes of the December 6,
1978 meeting as mailed with a correction in the motion for Connie Branhagen
on the voting to read: All members in favor except Beck who abstained.
Passed*
Voting: All members in favor.
A motion by Lee, second by Lindquist to elect
Chairman of the Planning Commission for 1979.
Passed:Richard Portmann as
Voting: All members in favor.
Passed:A motion by Beck, second by Estes to elect Lindquist as Vice-Chairman
of the Planning Commission for 1979.
Voting: All members in favor.
Passed:A motion by Lindquist, second by Lee to elect Wilfred Estes as Secretary
of the Planning Commission for 1979.
Voting:All members in favor except Estes.
Passed:A motion by Lindquist, second by Lee to deny the special use application
of Ray Pfeifle, dated November 29, 1978 on Lida, NO. 56-747, GD and
Crystal, No. 56-749, RD, Secs. 11 and 14 of Lida Twp. for lack of
information. The applicant or a representative was not present.
Voting: All members in favor.
Passed:A motion by Portmann, second by Lindquist to approve the special use
application of Dennis McCurdy, dated December 5,' 1978 on Dead Lake, No. 56-
383, NE, Sec. 17 of Dead Lake Twp. to approve two (2) trailors as shown
on map and eliminate the two (2) existing trailer hook-ups on lake. This
motion will not add to number of units existing when resort was purchased
by McCurdy's.
