permits the Coirity to add work to the Contract, and
WHEREAS, it is mutually agreed and understood that

Dear Clarence Hlelke:
This Is to Inform you of the action taken by the Otter Tail County Planning
Commission at their June 27, 1990 meeting. A motion was passed to approve
your Conditional Use Application <"Cal's Rainbow Point*) allowing 43 units,
all the new camping units shall be a minimum of 50' from the OHWH; also a
motion was passed to approve your Conditional Use Application ("Head Lake
Camp*) allowing a total of 25 ursits (being the maximum number allowed by the
requirements of the Shoreland ^/^agement Ordinance of Otter Tall County).
The Otter Tail County Board of Commissioners will consider this request on
July 11, 1990 at 1:30 P.H.

Indicated on the drawing submitted with the Application, provided
the lots with frontage on Shallow Lake be a minimum of 5 acres in
size: reasons for the lot size restriction on Shallow Lake as
follows - 1. the change in the topography, 2. incompatibility
of the area and 3. the environmental impact this will have on the
area. Gordon L. Cline, Surveyor, represented the application;
Steve Rufer, Attorney, representing neighboring property owners,
Mike Kern, Norbert Benke and Sonja Kausler were opposed to the
development of this area.
