RE: Two (2) holding tanks installed Frazier’s Trailer Park, Crystal Lake (56-749).
Dear Ms. Krath,
While doing the Sewage System Certificates for the holding tanks, which were
installed at your trailer park last Summer, we realized we didn’t have the lot
number or renters name for these two permits (SP#11417 & SP#11472, copies
enclosed). If you could furnish that information, our office could finish the
certification process.
If it would be possible I would like a general map of the Trailer Park with names of
current renters for your file. This would facilitate keeping track of existing and
future sewage systems. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD;
The April 8, 1974 letter from Minnesota Department of Health to
Mr. Ben Frazier mention an 8 unit RCA and a planned 19 unit
expansion.
The establishment "Fraziers" (RCA) has been licensed for 25 RV
sites and 2 MH (total of 27 sites) by MDH in 1982 (see file).
Recommend 27 total sites be accepted as okay and historical
number of sites be 2 MH (seasonal) and 25 RV sites.
