Dear Mavis Frazier:
This is to inform you of the action taken by the Otter Tail County Planning
Commission at their above mentioned meeting. At this meeting, the Planning
Commission passed a motion to approve the Conditional Use Application to
allow the Applicant to replace a camper with a manufactured home (10' x
45'), provided the shed is moved so it is not located in front of the
manufactured home; reason being that there will not be any negative impact.
This manufactured home/camper swap is for the existing lot, there must be a
new application submitted for any additional changes.
Application was not tabled, the County Commissioners will consider this
recommendation at their November 8, 1994 meeting.

Fact Conditional Use Application of Dwane G. Nvhus. Star Lake
(56-385), GD, First Addition to Peach's Beach Lot 26, Sec. 3,
Star Lake Township provided the fill only be on the original
road, being 20' wide, all other fill must be pulled back onto
the road and spread over the road.

18, Star Lake Township to the May 3, 1995 meeting.

A motion by Estes, second by Olson to approve the Conditional
Use Application of Saundra Monahan. West Battle Lake (56-239),
GD, Pt. G.L. 3, Section 21, Girard Township provided there is a
berm created lakeside of the cut and that the water run-off
from the roof is directed away from the lake; the Applicant
must use appropriate stabilization methods during the
construction and stabilize the area immediately upon completion
of the project.

Brian Berg, contractor, accompanied the Applicant.
Steven Slatten expressed concerns in preserving the shoreline
and the water quality, he felt that the bank should be left in
a natural state.
