Mr. Kalar indicated that the approval had a condition requiring a designated parking plan. Mr. Chase has provided a parking plan on paper and did not feel that he needed to designate these spaces onsite. Mr. Estes informed Mr. Kalar that his motion meant both a plan on paper and designated spots onsite. Mr. Kalar indicated that he would inform Mr. Chase of this clarification.
