Thoms & Margaret Tchida, Moorhead, MN, requested permission to allow
a shed to ranain as presently located on Lot 11, Minkota Beach, 2nd
Add'n, lead lake, mine Township. After consideration, notion was
made by Marcus Wiechmann to grant approval, hardship being uniqueness
of lot, shoiiLd be able to enjoy same rights and privileges as neighbors
enjoy, the granting of this variance will not be contrary to the or
dinance. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried v:pon the
following vote:

cabins at Elm-Haven Resort on Rush Lake, in Rush Lake Township, one
cabin requiring a 7' variance from lot line, 3' variance froti lake
setback.
to approve, a workable plan removing four buildings and replacing
with three is an improvement, approving the side lot variance on
cabin #5, at same location of cabin being replaced. The motion was
seconded by Roger Marty and carried rpon the follcwing vote:

a sucker hatchery building 20' x 30' in size, approximately 40' from
Lundeberg Lake, in the NE^sNE^ of Section 16, Clitherall Township.
After consideration, motion was mde by Craig Anderson to approve,
hardship being the need of wanner water for hatching, not setting a
precedence for a building used for hatchery purposes. The motion
was seconded by.iRoger Marty and carried ijpon the following vote:

Leo Strout, Ottertail, MN, requested permission to convey three par
cels out of one parcel, each having approximately 100' of shoreline
with 350' depth, in Sub Lot A of G.L. 2, Section 30, Otto Township,
on Rush Lake. After consideration, motion was mde by John Everts
to deny, no hardship shown for not follcwing through with platting
requirements. The motion was seconded by Marcus Wiechmann and carried
upon the following vote:

Michael Cummings, Perham, MN, requested permission to continue his
projc^-ct of 130 cairpsites as initially proposed in 1982, for Golden
Eagle Vacation Land in the Uh of NV'i^s Section 21, Pine Lake Township,
on Big Pine Lake. After considerable discussion, motion was made by
Marcus Wiechmann to consider the requested variance from the required
lake frontage and send that request and statement of willingness
to vary from the required lake shore frontage to the planning conmi-
ssion, not stating the amount of variance, but cone back to the
Board of Adjustment at the next meeting with the specific footage
requirement or adjustment fran the requiranent frcm the planning
ccnmission.
