No vegetation or topographic alterations are necessary. The remainder of the parcel including the 50-foot buffer will stay in its natural state. Peter / Katrina Doll and Gregory / Rose Mader each own an undividable half interest in this property. The cluster development, by utilizing RVs and a garage / picnic shelter, is intended for seasonal family use only. The development will have a minimal environmental effect. The property was purchased in February and the individual did not receive the tax statement. The tax statement was sent to the latest owner of record as the address change was not completed before the cutoff date to send out tax statements. Motion by Lee, second by Mosher, to forgive the penalty of $47.92 for parcel no. 32-000-99-0387-000 because the individual did not receive his tax statement. Motion failed with Nelson, Portmann, and Froemming opposed and Lee and Mosher in favor. Motion by Nelson, second by Froemming, to deny the request for forgiveness of penalty of $47.92 for parcel no. 32-000-99-0387-000 because it was not due to County error. Motion carried with Lee opposed. GIS Clerk Position Motion by Lee, second by Mosher, to approve compensation grade 7 as recommended by DMG for the GIS Clerk Position and authorize the GIS Department to proceed with posting and hiring for the position.
