Re; Boedigheimer Lake lot - multiple dwellings.
Dear Mr. Doll,
As per our phone conversation today, please find enclosed a copy of the Shoreland
Management Ordinance, a variance application, and various other pertinent information.
The.three options we discussed to bring this property into compliance were: |
1 ] Split lot and place extra dwelling on it with site permit.
2] Apply for and receive .a variance to allow two dwellings.
3] Apply for and receive a conditional use permit to create a cluster development.
A fourth option is to remove the offending second dwelling. If you opt for any of the first
three you must also take out a site permit for the second dwelling, as the file shows a
permit for one RV and a garage only. ;

Dear Mr. Doll,
Our office received a complaint as to the garage on your property. The
complainant was concerned'that the garage was being used as' a
dwelling. ^ i
I was onsite April 25, 2000 and found two RV trailers in place.i The
Shoreland Management Ordinance allows only on dwelling per. parcel.
Please contact me prior to May 19, 2000 to discuss options for bringing
your property into compliance. . ’
