RE: Construction activity at “Deer Lake Resort", Parcel #25000050030000 located at
27040 Co Hwy 83, Deer Lake #56-298 RD Class and OTR AG Class
Gentlemen:
I visited this property on 15 July 08 in response to questions about construction activity
taking place on the property. It appears as if some of the “maintenance” taking place on
the cabins might either exceed 50% of the value of the structure or involve demolition and
replacement of portions of structures. If this is in fact the case, such projects would
require a Site Permit from this office.
Please contact me by 15 August 2008 to discuss this matter.
