Roll Call: Members Present: Loren Bailey, Rod Boyer, Richard Gabe, Bernie Larson, Bert Olson, Robert Schwartz, David Wass and Rick Wilson. Members Absent: Marion Gill and David Trites. David Hauser represented the County Attorney's Office and Bill Kalar represented the Land & Resource Management Office. Minutes of October 9, 2013: A motion by Wilson, second by Wass to approve the October 9, 2013 Minutes as submitted to the County Board on October 15, 2013. Voting: All Members in favor. “Star View Estates” / Marv Hexum - Approved With Conditions: A Preliminary Plat of “Star View Estates” consisting of 1 Lot, 1 Block for Single Family Residential Use.
