Worth on Silver Lake was withdrawn from consideration of the Otter Tail County Planning Advisory Commission at their November 1, 1972 meeting. In the event that Dr. Worth submits new plans, property owners within 500 feet of his property will again be notified as required by the Otter Tail County Shoreland Management Ordinance. Sincerely, Arthur Christianson Chairman Otter Tail County Planning Advisory Commission Imb Drawings and Supporting data: The name of the development will be: Le Cote du Worth* The preservation of the ecology of the lake, land and shore line will at all times be preserved as much as possible. Any trees that must be removed will be replaced with trees native to the area along with terracing, retaining walls, sodding and landscaping to restore the natural beauty of the area, (a) Two marinas will be made at either end of the development as noted on the topography map as well as two beach and swimming areas, (b) No other docks or piers will be allowed than the two marinas and beach areas designated, (c) All of the other shoreline areas will be left natural to preserve these areas. Under ground wiring will be used throughout the development. The wells drilled for water will be on the high sides away from the septic tanks and drain fields by atleast 100 feet. The septic tanks will have a capacity of 1500 gallons per individual unit, be precast concrete with adequate drain fields. They will be palced in the area designated on the map and according to regulations as specified by the state lake classification as given Silver Lake, No garbage disposals will be allowed and thus bengfiting the septic systems. Garbage and trash remoS^al will be handled through the townhouse association by hiring maintenance people of the local area along with maintenance of snow removal, exterior grounds and general upkeep. If gas furnaces are used the L,P, gas tanks will be in un­ obtrusive areas and surrounded and hidden with shrubbery. The drives will be asphalt upon completion of each area developed. The project will be developed in areas as the clusters are sold. A 1, 2, 3. 4, 5. 6, 7. 8, 9. All construction will meet F»H,A, Standards,10, Enclosed you will find drawings of the first units to be developed and photos of what they will look like when they are completed, I hope all of the above will clarify the type of development this will be. 11, 12, We want this development to be a family type development.
