is the plat recommended and approved by the Office & Director of the
Division of Waters, Soils and Minerals, State of Minnesota, Dept, of Nat
ural Resources, The piat and position of the townhouses is consistent with
sound shoreland management as to density, criteria and protection of
natural resources. The extra setback and position minimiaes the excavation,

A motion by Christianson, second by Revering to approve tne application for A Special Use Permit dated January 12, 1973
on Silver Lake, Mo. 55-302, Sec. 23, Everts Twp., conditioned
upon a road of 65 foot right-of-way. Oscar Sorlie amended
the above motion to include that dwelling unit applied for
cannot be sub leased for commercial purposes, this aaimend-
ment was seconded by Estes.
