Complaint, Lake Lida (56-747) & Crystal Lake (56-749).RE:
Dear Mrs. McNabb:
As you know, last September, our office received a complaint regarding your
resort.properly and that you were allowing people to improperly access Lake Lida
through your resort.
This complaint alleged that your septic system was not functioning
On October 5, 1988, I conducted an onsite inspection of your property in
order to determine whether or not the allegations were true. During my
inspection, as you may recall, I spoke with you regarding these allegations
as well as your proposed manufactured home park.
At the time of my inspection, I found no evidence to substantiate the
aforementioned allegations.
Since this is the case, we consider this complaint unfounded and will not
pursue this matter further. We may, however be forced to review our
position on this matter should we receive additional complaints regarding
your operation.
