Dear Mr. Femling:
In response to Richard Peterson's Conditional Use
Permit application requesting two mobile home sites within
his RV campgrounds.
When Mr. Peterson was given approval for the RV
campgrounds initially the frontage of Gizzard Creek was
used inappropriately to allow 23 RV sites. There is only
250 feet of lake frontage.
Now, this request for two mobile home sites!! It seems
there is a double standard being used here. A mobile home
site should require the same 100 foot frontage as a single
family residence. Therefore, if a permit is granted the
frontage available will be used up and the 21 RV sites
should be removed.
