Burak, Battle Lake, HN, requested permission to split a parcel with 165' of lake frontage and 1.23 acres of land, out of the E>s G.L. 1, Section 26, Clitherall Township on Crane Lake, without platting, consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to deny, no adequate hardship shown, to allow would be establishing a precedence in allowing a subdivision where there is a possibility of further splitting. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried unanimously. Mike J. Hackl, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to enclose basement and ground level patio and deck into three season porches, on Lot 5, Block 1, Martinson Subdivision in Scambler Township, on Lake Ida. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to grant protection for lower level patio door, not over a five foot variance to building line, no variance approved for the upper patio, by David Trites and carried unanimously. Robert C. Madsen, Richville, MN, requested permission to replace a 28' X 36' existing grocery store with a one bedroom cabin and a two bedroom cabin, construct a 14' x 24' garage for storage, on Lots 18 & 19, Camp Hatton, Amor Township on Otter Tail Lake. After consideration, motion was made by David Trites to grant variance, hardship being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges and neighbors enjoy. The motion was seconded by Dan Oehler and carried unanimously. Martha J. Rozum, Fargo, ND, represented by Attorney Kris Svingen, re­ quested permission to move two storage sheds from their present loca­ tion on the lakeshore, back to ten feet from county road and five feet from lot line. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve the five foot side lot variance, hardship being able to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the neighbors enjoy. The motion was seconded by David Trites and carried unanimously. Motion was then made by John Everts to approve the variance of no more than 10' from the road set-back, hardship being able to enjoy the same rights and privil­ eges as neighbors enjoy. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried unanimously. Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unani­mously carried, to table the applications of Brent Cavallin and Alvin Schmidt.
