Motion was macte by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to allow one
water oriented accessory structure in compliance with the requirements of the shoreland ordinance and
to allow no variance from the bluff Impact zone. Structure must be located with a 20' setback from the
ordinary high water level.
