Minnesota MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT April 2, 1987 The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, April 2, 1987. Chairman Walter opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m., vdth the following persons in attendance: —>--rfGeorge Walter Roger Marty John Everts Robert Schwartz Marcus Wiechmann Tim Greip, Land & Resource Wally Senyk, Assistant County Attorney Hearing no changes to the minutes of the March 5th meeting. Chairman Walter declared same approved as mailed. 7\LL TO ORDER IINUTES APPROVED Ihe following variance requests were considered: Stan G. Fetters, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to construct garage 2' from property line, on Lots 11 & 12, Deer Lake Beech, on Deer Lake in Everts Township. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts,to deny, no adequate hardship shown, would be setting a precedence in the area with a building this close to the property line, and there are viable alternatives for tlie building placement. The motion was seconded by Robert Schwartz and carried upon the fol­ lowing vote: All voting in favor. Star Lake Bible Camp Association, represented Chester Engebretson, requested permission to relocate a building, requestihg a 20' variance from the road right-of-way setback requirements, on Star L^e, at Elysium Park, St^ Lake Township. After seme discussion, the request was withdrawn.
