Crouse, Battle Lake, MN, requested a variance to convey 15.65’ from the westerly edge of Parcel “A” for permanent attachment to the adjacent property and a variance to convey the westerly 40’ of Parcel “C” for permanent attachment to the adjacent property. Parcels “A” and “C” are identified on a drawing on file in the County Auditor’s office. If the variance is granted the applicant will have approximately 145’ of frontage and the adjacent property owner will have approximately 100’ of frontage. The property is described as part of Government Lot 4, Section 3 of Everts Township by Otter Tail Lake. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance to convey 15.65’ from the westerly edge of Parcel “A” for permanent attachment to the adjacent property and a variance to convey the westerly 40’ of Parcel “C” for permanent attachment to the adjacent property with the provision that a registered surveyor’s drawing must be provided. Lill, Fergus Falls, MN, requested a variance of approximately 3.5’ from the required soil treatment area setback of 20’ for the location of a drain field approximately 16.5’ from the garage. The property is described as Lot 8, Fleming Patterson Beach, Swan Lake in Dane Prairie Township. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. Tim Sucher - Denied Tim Sucher, Ottertail, MN, requested a variance to enclose an existing 8’ by 24’ deck located on site 6 with screen.
