I would like to build a patio on to my trailer which is located at
El's Resort on Pelican Lake. We do not own the lot, the trailer
was there when we bought it, and we pay an annual rental fee.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING
OF THE
OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MAY 5, 1983
The Otter tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, May 5, 1983,
in the Commissioners Room of the Courthouse, Fergus Falls, MN with George WalteJi,
Frank Lachowitzer, Tom Stringer, Craig Anderson and John Everts present.
Walter opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m., and hearing no corrections or additions to
the April minutes, declared said minutes approved as mailed.
Old business:

Vernon Stenerson, Rothsay, MN, request to record a one acre tract without platting
or without the benefit of a surveyor's drawing, in Section 22 of Oscar Township,
tabled from previous meetings, was brought up for further discussion,
si deration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried.

Gary A, Cckhoff, Henning, MN, requested permission to record a document containing

L, Leaf Lake Township, without a land survey,
was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by George Walter and carried, to approve, because
of the fact the property lies in the corner of a quarter section, with three established
lirius, the fourth line lying parallel to the section line, easily ilelineable.
After considerable discussion, motion
Robert Fritz. Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to construct a duplex 20' from
the road right-of-way, on Lots 1 & 2, Whispering Springs, Block 4, Elizabeth Township.
After listening to various interested parties, and after discussion, motion was made
by John Everts, seconded by Tom Stringer and carried, to deny request, no adequate
hardship shown.
Jack Thompson of New York Mills appeared for a pre-application hearing
on a request to transfer a parcel of less than 2H acres without platting.
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Frank Lachowitzer and
carried, to table action on applications of William Kent, Casselton, ND, and
Kathryn Leitch, Fergus Falls, MN, for non-appearance.
With no further business, at 10:00 p.m., Chairman Walter declared
the meeting adjourned.

The dimentions of the patio will be 8' x 24'.
