MH MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT August 21, 1980 The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met at 7:30 p.ni • 9 Thursday, August 21, 1980 in the Commissioners Room of the Otter Tail County Court House in the City of Fergus Falls with Craig Anderson, Thomas Donoho, Calvin Johanson, David T^'ites and George Walter present. The minutes of the July 24th meeting were approved upon motion made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Calvin Johanson and carried. The following requests for variance were heard; i Daniel Naumann, Bambi Resort, Battle Lake, MN, requested permission to replace .a 35' mobile home with a 50 mobile home on Lots 33, 34 £ 35, Deer Lake Beach, Everts Township.After discussion, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Calvin Johanson and carried, to deny said request. Earl Sanderson, Minneapolis, MN, requested permission to construct a 24 X 22 garage in reAr of lots 12, 13 £ 14,- Kozelnik Beach, Edna Township, 24 from road right of way, as a sbugh prevents the 40' set back requirements.Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Calvin Johanson and carried, to grant I ■■permission to build garage 30' -from road right-of-way, or as close as possible to slough in question, being the only practical location.
