(7:52 p.m.) Gerald L and Carol J Sachs, part of Government Lot 4, Section 9 of Lida Township by Lake Lida, requested'the following; Option 1 - A variance of 34’ from the ordinary high water mark. Variance of 6.5’ from the road right-of-way. This is for the construction of a 650 square foot building that will connect the two existing buildings. A variance of 5’from the ordinary high water mark, and a variance of 9’from the road right-of-way for the placement of a 12’ by 12’ storage building. The Board noted that there decision regarding this application is based on the letter received from the Otter Tail County Highway Department dated July 14, 2005 and the Board also noted that there is adequate area to locate the proposed storage shed in a location that meets the setback requirements.
