Dear Dale and Mary Schommer,
The two jobs indicated in your March 7, 2000 letter, tiling the floor and putting on
steel roofing will not require a .Site Permit or a new Conditional Use Permit.
The enclosed Shoreland Management Ordinance has the information you need
concerning decks. Since the property is a Cluster Development, a deck would
require a new Conditional Use Permit. Should you choose to pursue this project,
your first step would be to call and speak with Bill Kalar (Administrator).
