Jcbnson Daniel Oehler Victor ietcerson, Jr. Tim Greip, lend & Resource Wcilly Senyk, County Attorney Chairman Walter called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m., and hearing no changes or oorrections to the minutes of the August meeting, de­ clared sane ^proved as mailed. Ihe following applications for variance were heard: Earl A. & Loyola Buth, Detroit Lakes, MN, requested permission to split a 200 foot lot in G.L. 4, Section 9, Dmn Township into two 100' lots. Big Pelican lake. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seccncted by Dan Oehler and carried, Petterson ab­ sent during vote, to grant approval, hardship being property purchased in segments over a period of time, no further variances required, siia- ject to an approved surveyor's drawing being furnished to the auditor's office. CALL TO ORDER MINLrrES APPROVED EARL A. BOTH APPROVED Frcincis Jensen, Minneapolis, MN, requested a 70' variance from the 250 square fcot maximum water orientated accessory structure, on Parcel #2, G.L. 3, Section 32, Dunn lOwnship, on Lake Liazie. AFter listening to various interested parties, letters received, and after consideration, motion was made ty Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried, Carl Johnson voting "no", to deny, no ade­ quate hardship shown. FRANCIS JENSEN DENIED Keith N®jman, Fergus Falls, MSI, requested permission to split Lots 5, ex. N 125', and all Lot 6, into two parcels, one 100' frontage, the other 105' frontage on Jev«tt Lake, in Elizabeth Township. After listening to testimony, motion was made by Craig Anderson to table until after June 1, 1991, but the motion was withdrawn, was then made by Victor Petterson, seconded by Craig Anderson to table. Motion carried unanimously. KEITO NEWMAN TABLED Motion Virgil L. Heldt, Moorhead, M4, requested permission to build (i^elling 5' from lot line, on Lot 5, Sky Blue Water Beach, Hobart Township on Lake Six. After consideraticn, moticn was made by Daniel Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to grant approval, hardship being terrain.
