MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 36’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the conversion of an existing screen porch area to a
bedroom area being approximately 39’ from the ordinary high water level, a variance of 25’ from the required ordinary
high water level setback of 75’ for an addition to the side of an existing dwelling approximately 50’ from the ordinary
high water level and a variance of 6’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for an addition to the
rear of an existing structure approximately 69’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that the proposed
additions will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure. The granting of the variances
will allow the applicant the ability to convert the existing stmcture into a full two story home.
