Dear Sirs,
Included is a map of the CURRENT situation and a map of the
PROPOSED Marquart Villa subdivision.
Statement of source of water supply: well.
Statement^ of provisions for sewage disposal: septio tank with
drain field.
OTHER COMMENTS:
My four brothers and I would like to subdivide our lakeshore
property into five (5) equal lots. By doing this, we each have
,-only 97 feet of" lake frontage out of the total 485 feet we own.
This is short of the required 100 feet of lakeshore as required by
the current ordinance which went into effect in 1971. We would
like to see these be allowed as legal lots.
I would ask that you consider a few points when making your
decision on this proposed subdivision.
Looking at the current situation. Parcels C, D, F, and G were
purchased prior to 1971. Parcels C, D, and F were allowed 4 lots
or dwellings total while Parcel G was allowed one. This totals
five (5) dwellings which is the current situation. We have
recently purchased 7.9 acres to the south. This new purchase could
be divided into 3 lots of 2.5 acres each. Therefore, there is the
potential for eight (8) total lots or dwellings on our property.
The proposed subdivision uses this south area as paij^t of the
Thus, there would only be area remaining for one lot (aboutlots.
3.5 acres) instead of three lots.
The proposed subdivision would decrease the number of potential
lots from eight (8) to six (6) and decrease the crowding potential
of this area of Fish Lake.
Also, this proposed subdivision would eliminate the road behind
Parcels C, D, and F which would be replaced by Easement B.
I would like to thank you for taking time to consider this
proposed subdivision.
Sincerely
^ohn Marquart
