Timothy S. Sharp - Approved as requested. (7:55 p.m.)
Motion was made by Paul Larson, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 4’ from
the required side lot line setback of 10’ and a variance of 32’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of
100’ for the replacement of an existing dwelling, specifically the south 14’ by 38’ portion, with an 18’ by 40’ addition 6’
from the side lot line and 68’ from the ordinary high water level as depicted on the applicant’s drawing. Hardship is a
substandard lot of record. It was noted that none of the proposed development would be any closer to the lake than
the existing structure.
