MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 17', on the north side of the house, from the required ordinary high water
level setback of 75' for the location of a 32' by 44' structure 58' from the lake. The applicant
is making the best use of his property and the granting of this variance will keep the applicant
out of the bluff zone area. The structure will be located in the best position that the terrain
features of the lot will permit. Hardship being the terrain of the applicant's lot.
