MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried to approve the conveyance
of Lot 8, Sunset Beach 3rd Addition for permanent attachment to Lot 2, Block 2, Sunset Beach Addition with the
condition that Lots 9 and 10, Block 1 Sunset Beach 3rd Addition must be permanently attached to the lake lots
currently owned by Karl and Darlene Schlecht (Lots 9 and 10, Block 2, Sunset Beach Addition - Lizzie and with the
condition that no more than 25% of the total area can be covered with imperious surfaces.

A motion by Christianson, second by Estes to approve the prelim
inary plat plans of Henry's Hill 2nd Subdivision on Franklin, 56-759,
Sec. 27 of Dunn Twp. as submitted.

A motion by Christianson, second by Malmstrom to approve the pre
liminary plat plans of Sunset Beach 3rd Addition on Lake Lizzie,
56-760, Sec. 28 & 29 of Dunn Twp. with Lots 2 to 10, Block 1 not to
be used for dwelling purposes, wording on deeds and bill of sale
for each lot to indicate "no dwelling" restriction and sold only
to abutting property owners. Marjorie and William Kubitz and Bob
Oslund spoke to the Commission in favor of the application.

Sec. 29 & 32 of Dane Prairie Twp. subject to suitable access to
C.S.A.R, No. 29 is acquired and concerns of Otter Tail County
Highway Engineer are satisfied. Reserve Lot A will be included
as Lot 7.

The problems of the preliminary plat plans of Oksness Addition on Otter Tail
Lake were handled by the County Board at their June 11, 1975 meeting. The
Commission discussed plotting of land with Fritz Hieltness on Middle Leaf Lake
and suggested the parcel of land he had in mind be made into two lots.
Passed:A motion by Delzer, second by Malmstrom to adjourn the meeting at
10:15 p.m. and to set Wednesday, July 2, 1975 as the date for the
next regular scheduled meeting of the Commission.
