OP THE
OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OP ADJUSTMENT
Novenber 16, 1978
Hi« Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, November
16, 1978, 7:30 P.M in the Court House, Pergus Palls, Minnesota with Craig• •
Anderson, Thomas Donoho, Calvin Johanson and June Ryan present.
An application by Melvin Forthun for a variance to build an 60'
dwelling im a 100* lot on Lot 10, Knollwood, Dunn Township, previously denied on
October 19th, was reconsidered. Motion was made by June Ryan to approve a maximum
variance of 7' on the westerly lot line, with the stipulation that the westerly
half of Lot 11 be combined with Lot 10, variance granted because terrain creates
hardship in design of house.Motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried.
The minutes of the meeting of October 19th were approved.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
