An application by Melvin Forthun for a variance to build an 60' dwelling im a 100* lot on Lot 10, Knollwood, Dunn Township, previously denied on October 19th, was reconsidered. Motion was made by June Ryan to approve a maximum variance of 7' on the westerly lot line, with the stipulation that the westerly half of Lot 11 be combined with Lot 10, variance granted because terrain creates hardship in design of house.Motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried.
