MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 2.5’
from the 30’ maximum allowable height of a dwelling for the construction of a dwelling having a 10’ by 10’ third story
observation tower and an overall height of 32.5’. Hardship being the terrain, it was noted that the applicant’s lot is
considerably lower than the adjacent lots and the view of the adjacent properties will not be affected by this structure.
