Dear Mr, Lee:
I have discussed the above-captioned matter on August 2,
1976 with David Sholy and Mrs. Eugene Fitzgerald.
Based upon this discussion, I ask that you immediately
note on Special Use Permit No, 1157 an extension of that
Permit on the same terms and conditions as stated therein
to and including September 1, 1976 after which it shall
be in all respects ineffective and invalid.
Mrs. Fitzgerald and Mr, Sholy were advised that any work
not specifically embraced by that Permit done after
September 1, 1976 would be in violation of law.
