June 18, 1975 Members present were;Christianson, Malmstrom, Estes, Ryan, and Delzer. Passed:A motion by Malmstrom, second by Ryan to approve the minutes of the June A, 1975 meeting as published. Voting: All members in favor. A motion by Christianson, second by Delzer to approve the special use application of John Streifel on Little Pelican Lake, 56-761, Sec. 2 of Dunn Twp. subject to no filling beyond west side with a 4 to 1 slope on west and lake sides. Both slopes sodded and remainder of area seeded. Project to be completed by Sept. 1, 1975 subject to filing of final plat plans by developer of Pelican Heights proposed Subdivision. Passed: Voting; All members in favor. Passed;A motion by Christianson, second by Ryan to approve the variance application of Walter Olson on Little Pelican Lake, 56-761, Sec. 2 of Dunn Twp. as requested provided outdoor biffy is eliminated from property before July 30, 1975.
