Dwelling must be constructed 60 feet or farther back from
high water mark. Variance approved on the grounds that the
lot was a lot of record prior to October 15, 1971, see
SMOOTC IV-E-2. Also that erecting dwelling farther back
would require much earth moving and tree removal.
This approval is allowed for the dwelling only.
No allowance is made for a sewage disposal system.
