Loftsgard Family Partnership - Approved
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by George Walter and unanimously carried, to approve the additions as
outlined on the applicant’s drawing, including the cantilevered bay units which will extended no more than 20”, with the
condition that an existing 8’ by 10’ shed must be placed in a location behind the building line that meets all setback
requirements of the ordinance by the time the footings are ready for inspection by the Land and Resource
Department. It was noted that the plane of the existing home would be maintained even though some of the proposed
addition will be closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure do to the biased lot lines. It was also
noted that the additions would be in the building/site line with the Ray Lamb property.
