MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve the subdivision of
three substandard contiguous back lots with the condition that Lots 2 and 3 must be permanently attached to Lot 15 and
that Lot 4 must be permanently attached to Lot 18 and with the condition that these back lots are non-buildable for
residential dwelling. Hardship is a substandard lot or record and the need for additional area for utility and storage
purposes.
