The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, May 1, 1986
with the following in attend£mce:

Chairman Walter opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m., and hearing no
objections to the minutes of the April 3, 1986 meeting declared
same approved as mailed.

The following applications for varicince were heard:
Donald Johnson, Pelican Rapids, MN, requested permission to convey a
parcel of land between lot 2, Block 1 of Sunset Bay and Cutlet A,
with approximately 400' of lakeshore, 60,000 square feet, in Section
26, Scambler Township. Motion was made by Victor Pederson to approve,
contingent upon surveyor's drawing. Ihe motion was seconded by Roger
Marty and carried upon the following vote:

Kermit Alton Prim, Barnesville, MN, requested permission to replace a
trailer with a new trailer of larger size, resulting in a request for
variance of two feet on both side lot lines, on Parcel 17 of G.L. 1,
Section 33, Lida Township. After consideration, motion was made by
Roger Marty to grant approval, hardship being a substandard lot of
record and the terrain. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson
and carried upon the following vote:

14' X 12' patio 58' from lake, on Lots 11 and 12, Henry's Hill,
Dunn Township. After consideration, motion was made by Marcus VJiech-

John Everts and carried upon the follcwing vote:
