MOTION AS FOLLOWS:

Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried with Cecil Ferttiing
voting no, to approve a variance of 17’ from the required road right-of-way setback of 20'
for the enclosure of an existing car port and for a 2nd story addition 3' from the road
right-of-way with the condition that the septic system must be placed in a location that
complies with the requirements of the ordinance. Hardship being a substandard lot of
record.
