Motion
Terry and Georgie Thompson - Approved the variance as requested with a condition. (8:43 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by Robert Schwartz and unanimously
carried, to declare Tract B as depicted on the drawing submitted with the variance application dated June 10, 2005 as
a buildable lot with the condition that the proposed structure must be placed at setback from the public road which is
no closer to the road than the neighbor’s structure.
