After discussion and consideration, Thomas Lee made a motion, second by Rod Boyer and unanimously carried, to table, with the applicant’s verbal permission, this public hearing until the next scheduled meeting of the Board of Adjustment to consider the possibility of a detached garage and also to present a plan detailing the size and how the proposed attached garage would be tied into tbe existing dwelling.
