Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with Randall Mann voting no, to approve a
variance of 3’ from the required holding tank setback of 10’ for the location of an existing garage 7’ from the holding
tank. Hardship is a substandard lot of record. It was noted that adequate space would exist for the maintenance and
serving of the holding tank. It was also noted that the Town Board established the right-of way line from which the
applicant’s garage is setback 20’.
