requested pemission to convey a parcel captaining 40,000
square feet, 150' of lake frontage, out of G.L. 4, Section 6, Edna Township, without

platting. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Roger
Marty and carried, to grant approval, subject to suitable surveyor's drawing, with
easement included in document for access to said parcel.
Jane Jacobson (Hulda Michelson), Fargo, ND, requested permission to allow a garage
as presently located to remain 33 feet from road right-of-way, cn Lot 6, Madson
Beach, Pelican Township. After consideration, motion was made by Thomas Stringer,
seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to approve as no precedence being set,
dealing with an easement road ending on the north side of property line.
^Jjse Diederick, Moorhead, MN, requested permission to allow a vision obscuring fence
