It should be understood that the variance as approved does not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed development. Anne Eidsvold - Approved the variance as requested. (8:00 p.m.) Anne Eidsvold, Lot 2 Sunset Shores, Clitherall Lake in Nidaros Township, requested the following: Current setback on existing cabin is 97’ from the ordinary high water level. We would like to add an addition to the north and keep lakeside even at 97’ from the ordinary high water level. Also, install nevi/ septic system and well. Required setback from the ordinary high water level is 100’. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested. Richard Hochstein, Contractor appeared with the applicant at the public.hearing. After consideration, Randall Mann made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve the proposed development as described in the variance application dated August 9, 2008 and as depicted on the drawing submitted with the variance application. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the variance as requested..-After consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 61.5’:from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’, a variance-of 11.5’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 50’ and a variance of T from the required side |ot line setback of 10’ for the addition of a second story to an existing 20’ by 32’ dwelling 38.5’ from the ordinary high water level and 9’ from each side lot line with the condition that no more than 25% of the total eligible lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces. The practical difficulty/hardship is a substandard lot of record.. It was also noted that the proposed development does not alter the general characteristics of the neighborhood.
